Going Green:

Our latest projects use 'air source heat pumps' to heat the house via underfloor heating and hot water which the manufacturers claim will reduce the heating costs by up to 50% compared with normal heating systems.

A 'Heat Recovery Ventilation System' is also being installed to recover 60%-70% of the heat normally being lost through trickle vents over the windows. This ventilation system changes all the air in the property every 2 hours with filtered fresh air thus creating a healthier indoor environment.

We have also installed a rainwater harvesting underground water tank and high levels of insulation.

Our house are now air pressure tested on completion to check for any energy loss.
